By accessing Codexa Marketplace, you agree to comply with our Industrial Standards. All assets acquired are for the sole purpose of technical deployment and growth. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or resale of industrial nodes is strictly prohibited.
All financial transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a purchase, you authorize the charge and acknowledge the finality of the transaction. You agree that you have audited the asset specifications and verified their compatibility with your infrastructure requirements.
Acquisition of a node grants you a non-transferable, lifetime license for the specific asset. Unless a Team License is explicitly acquired, all licenses are restricted to a single organization or deployment instance.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any node or account found in violation of our security protocols or redistribution policies. In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided.
